Welcome to your journey to Heart to Soul Cardiac Wellness! I am so pleased you are here with me! You don't have to be alone in your heart health journey. Many other people are also experiencing the same health challenges you are going through. I look forward to meeting you in one of my online Heart Health Sessions, where you will be able to establish your own network with others you meet there. You will be supported in the community we are building.
You are invited to join Mary’s community of Cardiac Thrivers.
Your heart will be uplifted!
Here is a little information about me, so you can get to know me better:
Mary Yuter, RN, CCRN, worked as a cardiac ICU nurse in New York City for 13 years. Mary wrote Heart to Soul Cardiac Wellness as if she was having a heart-to-heart conversation with you, to provide you with a convenient plan for heart and overall health improvement so you can become a “Cardiac Thriver.” As a nurse, Mary saw the need to provide people with more practical, holistic health and wellness information to apply to their daily life (in addition to their doctors’ medical plan) in order to maximize their overall health possibilities.
Mary Yuter, RN, CCRN, founder of Heart to Soul Cardiac Wellness, LLC, is the author of Heart to Soul Cardiac Wellness. Mary created accompanying specialized on-line Heart Health Class Sessions to help people prevent heart disease, recover from a heart attack, and prepare for, or recuperate from a cardiac event such as an open heart surgery. You can also join in weekly class where we step through your Heart to Soul Cardiac Wellness book week by week together. Mary also offers a private one-on-one experience if you would like to personalize and customize your pre-op and post-op surgical plan, or for optimally living with heart disease.
There is no reason cardiac disease should be the leading cause of death in the USA, over all cancers combined, when it is preventable.
While working in the award winning cardiac ICU of the oldest public hospital in the country, Mary taught student nurses and trained newly hired nurses as a certified preceptor. In addition to her CCRN critical care nurse certification, Mary is certified in Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition, Cardiac Medical Yoga and ISHTA yoga. Mary was honored with the “Spirit of Hillman Award” for nursing excellence by the Rita and Alex Hillman Foundation.
Mary is currently learning how to play the drums and her neighbors are enjoying her new hobby, too! Mary encourages you to follow your passions and to do something every day that makes your heart smile.
