IF YOU HAVE HAD A HEART ATTACK OR YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED HEART COMPLICATIONS, YOU ARE ON MEDICATIONS, AND YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT TO DO TO GET BETTER, KEEP ON READING!
Hi Mary,
Just returned from my cardiologist follow up and the latest review of my blood work. I just wanted you to be the first to know that I am now completely off both my diabetes meds (synjardy + glimpiride), rosuvastatin and amlodipine.
It sure felt good to throw out all those meds last night!
He is having me continue with half a dose of Losartan without the HCTZ added. He told me to take half for a month and if my BP numbers stay good I can discontinue that one as well.
This is much better than I hoped for as I am now down to only 1 med plus my low dose aspirin. Still holding at 40 pounds lighter than when I started the program as well All of this in a little over 4 months!
He was very impressed with my overall condition and feels if I can continue on this path that I have a good chance of reversing my clogged stents without having to have the dreaded bypass he recommended before I started with you.
None of this would have happened if it was not for you and the fantastic Heart Health Accelerator program.

This is relevant for you if you:
-
Struggle with the fear of another cardiac event and of the unknowns you face
-
Have anxiety and even depression since your diagnosis
-
Feel alone, unheard and unsupported when you keep hearing “You’ll be fine.”
-
Feel a loss of direction and overwhelmed
-
Feel concerned with the amount of medications you are taking
-
Feel sick from the medications
-
Get tired of your pillbox ruling your schedule
-
Worry about the financial burden of medications, tests and cost of medical care
-
Feel like the medical system is not enough to heal your body; there is more, but you do not know what
-
Keep searching on Google for answers and are sent everywhere but with no clear answers or plan
-
Feel scared of the need for surgery if you get sicker, instead of better
-
Wish you could do the things that you know are good for you but you’re physically and mentally struggling and don’t know where to start
-
Still feel terrible even though you had open heart surgery
-
Feel worse than ever and no one understands you
Before your life-changing diagnosis, before you became a cardiac patient, you were going about your day; everything was perfectly normal. All of a sudden, BOOM--you were in the hospital, hooked up to a lot of noisy machines and alarms. People were running around and you were scared because you did not know if you were going to survive or not. Your world came crashing down. Once that immediate crisis was over, you were discharged.
This is where the problem really starts
You are told you need to make lifestyle changes and that you now have to take a lot of medications, with no plan for getting you off of them. You may not even really understand why you are taking them.
You have doctor visits scheduled every week for the next few months and additional tests scheduled.
You were released into the world to live your new life as a cardiac patient with very little direction or information. So what happens is you follow these instructions; you do your best.
Meanwhile, you have this axe over your neck:
What if this happens again?
You would be correct in thinking that because most people who have had a heart attack have their second one within 5 years of their first, despite the medications, doctor visits and instructions.
You got lucky this time. The “next time” you might not be. Cardiac disease is the #1 cause of death, yet it is both reversible and preventable.
The medical system is not the easy route to health because pills make you feel lousy and then you take more medications for the side effects from the first medications! Your ability to participate in life becomes scheduled around your pillbox and the unknown of how you might feel each day.
Your body becomes completely clogged with chemicals and mixed messages and all of these things do not promote healing and wellness; they are managing sickness. Your body is not suffering from a lack of statins, blood pressure medications or blood thinners. It needs help healing.
What we need to do is get to the root of the healing process and heal your body so this doesn’t ever happen again and you never have to worry if you are going to wake up tomorrow.
The Cost of Paying for Illness
Versus
The Savings from Investing in Wellness!
Patients are going broke from operations, hospitalizations, tests, doctor visits, and insurance premiums! The medications you are put on are a Band-Aid for fixing the real health issues, and you will likely have them the rest of your life unless you make changes.
There is a reason heart disease has remained the number one cause of death-it makes money – (by costing you money!)
If medications truly got you better, wouldn’t pharma go broke? Instead, patients go broke from operations, tests, doctor visits, medications, insurance premiums, copays and deductibles and loss of time from work.
With this program, you can eliminate all that future financial burden because you are treating the problem at the root cause and eventually as you heal, you can gradually decrease or get off medications, be on the path to recovery, so you don’t have to worry about another cardiac event.
Let’s take a look at the costs of illness…

COST OF OPEN HEART SURGERY:
$123,000 + INPATIENT HOSPITAL STAY ($25,000 OR MORE) + MEDS + TESTS + OFFICE VISITS - well over $150,000

Your costs: Thousands of dollars (and loss of your time)
Think about how much you spend on these:

Monthly insurance premium
Deductibles
Copays for the hospital stay
Office visits
Tests after discharge
Medications
COST OF CARDIAC CATHETERIZATION AND ONE STENT:
$50,000 + HOSPITAL STAY + MEDS + TESTS + OFFICE VISITS - well over $50,000

Your costs: Thousands of dollars (and loss of your time)
Monthly insurance premium
Deductibles
Copays for the hospital stay
Office visits
Tests after discharge
Medications

Then…COST OF SECOND HEART ATTACK, CARDIAC CATHETERIZATION AND STENTs…AND THE NEVER ENDING MEDICATIONS AND DOCTOR VISITS…
YOUR INVESTMENT IN YOURSELF FOR A 9 WEEK PROGRAM TO TAKE YOUR HEALTH AND LIFE ENJOYMENT BACK AND AVOID FURTHER ILLNESS, HOSPITALIZATIONS AND ALL THE ASSOCIATED COSTS OF ILLNESS: $2,500
Solve your health crisis with the support you need in this program to help you achieve a state of well being again, so you are not just surviving, you are thriving!

You are not alone. Your feelings are normal. I am here to help you.
As a cardiac ICU nurse for 13 years, I took care of thousands of patients just like you, and now I coach them to wellness.
We need to get you out of this cycle of fear, anxiety, worry, doctor appointments, tests and medication refills and all the costs involved, so you can get healthy and back to enjoying life.
I am going to hold your hand through this. I created my Heart Health Accelerator Cardiac Wellness Program specifically for people like you.
Mary Yuter, RN
I deeply understand preventing heart disease. My parents both died of heart attacks before I became a nurse, and while working as a cardiac ICU nurse, I observed that the medical system alone doesn’t take us into healing-it diagnoses and prescribes, treats and releases.
I knew for my own health too, I had to seek out the best information and gather knowledge and educational certifications so I could protect myself from cardiac injury. I myself use the foundations of The Heart Health Accelerator Program daily, so I appreciate my clients and understand their wellness journey. I am with you, and share my knowledge with you.
Here is what your life with the Heart Health Accelerator Program can look like for you:
-
You can have more energy
-
You can decrease or even get off of the medications (with your doctor’s oversight) so you are not constrained by what pill you have to take and when.
-
You can have faith in your body again, instead of fear and anxiety, as you see your lab results trending in a positive direction
*You can avoid the cost of further illness, procedures, tests, medications and hospitalizations so you have the time and money to do things you love to do!
Here are some of the results my clients have when they go through my program:
-
Lowered cholesterol
-
Decreased blood pressure
-
Lowered A1c and no longer diabetic
-
Increased Heart Rate Variability
-
Lose weight
-
Decrease and manage stress
-
Increased energy
-
Feel good in their body
-
Detoxed and feeling “clean” in their body
-
Lowered inflammation
-
A calm, inspired and confident mindset shifted from survivor to flourishing thriver
-
Improved labs and able to get off medications
“With the Heart Health Accelerator program and Mary's teaching and coaching, my cholesterol dropped 93 points in 6 weeks! I was able to significantly lower my blood pressure from 199/110 to 135/85. I found Mary the day I had that high blood pressure number and refused to go to the hospital. Instead, I got right to work. Now, my lab work always looks so good, my cardiologist asked me what I was doing because HE is on statins himself! I feel great, clear, energetic, have learned how to manage stress, feel healthy again and I have continued to maintain these numbers because I learned and practice my new daily habits.
The best part is I never went on any medications!”

Here is how to achieve your best heart healthy life!
We do this by adding little micro shifts and new habits into our day, while removing things that don’t serve our health. Day by day, doing these things is how you build your new life-style, which helps your body heal itself. It is not about a goal; it is about an ongoing system that gradually becomes your way of being so you don't fall ill again.
As an example, there are things you can do to support your body with nutrients to heal. Cutting back on certain things that aren’t healthy doesn’t mean you cannot have them at all anymore. We are making small changes that make a really big difference. Over time, you won’t even notice the changes, because they will become your normal routine!
If you think about a pilot-- if his course is off by a few degrees, instead of landing in NYC, he could be headed to Boston or DC. Like the pilot, making little adjustments has a big impact over time and with consistency. It’s not hard to do. It’s like riding a bike!
Week by week, over 9 weeks, I will give you those small steps in areas such as mindset, so you learn how to feel ease again, and prepare for this exciting journey! We learn about proper nourishment for healing down to the cellular level. Food fundamentally has nutrients and your cells and body require certain things in order to heal. There are certain nutrients that some foods have that naturally lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
We incorporate activities that naturally do what your medications are doing. Added up, all these things make a big difference, don’t feel restrictive and are going to make you feel better very quickly because they are addressing the underlying causes preventing your body from healing. This is how we heal from the inside, where your food becomes your medicine. You begin to heal and do not need medications. And…there are no side effects!
We aren’t going to turn you into a rabbit-don’t worry! What this means is that we are going to add things in to what you are already eating, and ensure overall that what you eat is not detrimental to your health on a day to day basis. That doesn’t mean you can never have them! However, if you are constantly bombarding your body with more toxins, unhealthy fats, and more bad things, your body is not going to be able to heal.
You will learn how to handle and release mental trauma and depression experienced by cardiac patients, and be able to support your nervous system and calm your body and mind so that you don’t feel so stressed.
You will understand how the heart and cardiovascular system work and what those lab results mean, in terms you can comprehend, so you understand how the whole healing process fits together and how to support it.
These are kinds of things that you are going to be able to fit into your daily activities in this program. I am going to help you build the habits. You are going to have a support system. This can be easy. It is doable, and the payoff is huge!
We are talking about getting the axe off your neck and the relief of knowing you will be enjoying your daughter’s wedding, or seeing your kid getting their first car, being present for a grandchild being born, bonding at golf games, relaxing daytrips with your gal pals, restoring your car, bike rides and enjoying the many life events you look forward to experiencing.
Here is how the program works:
We meet in a group coaching call the first and third Wednesday of each month. This is your built-in support network of others who have gone through the same experience as you. It is a place where you can be free to talk about your experiences that others simply cannot understand, and learn from other's wellness journeys. You can even make new friends here!
Week by week over 9 weeks, I will give you one piece at a time to implement via your program access. (If you need to take it slower, you can, as you have program access for 18 weeks).
You’ll learn vital information you were never told so you can better understand your condition.
You get handouts that make it easy to reference and resource links to continue exploring a topic for further knowledge such as learning how to release the mental trauma cardiac patients experience, or why statins may be hurting you more than helping you.
There are guest speakers in the program, too, speaking on a variety of healing topics that you may have never heard of and might want to try!
You don’t have to get on your computer every day to remember or track things. You will have resources that make things easy, and to reinforce what you have learned, such as a movie or article to read. There are guest speakers in the program, too, speaking on a variety of healing topics that you may have never heard of and might want to try!
Bonuses: You also receive these wonderful things!
