Service Description

Add on group coaching is for for you if you purchased the "without coaching"option of The Heart Health Accelerator Program and would now like to build your own support network with other heart survivors like you. We learn from each other's wellness experiences and it is calming to share with others who are going through what you are going through, versus hearing "Oh, You'll be FINE" yet one more time. Here, you will enjoy the camaraderie of others, receive updates on new trends in cardiac care, and learn about a new topic each meetup. We meet the first and third Wednesday of each month from 11:30 am EST to 12:45 pm EST. Please note: Any call schedule changes will be posted on the website in the Call Calendar area of the menu bar and via email. Please also note: These live only calls are NOT to be recorded, to honor the integrity of the confidentiality of both medical and personal information shared within the group. While the program itself is 18 weeks, you are invited to continue attending these calls as you like for support, to check in, or to offer support to others. Come when you can; no stress!
